Annual Enrollment Assistance from Explain My Benefits

Annual Enrollment begins February 2, 2026 and ends February 13, 2026.

Annual Enrollment is your once a year opportunity to review and update your benefits for the upcoming plan year. During this time, you can enroll in coverage, change your benefit elections, and add or remove eligible dependents without providing qualifying life event documentation. Elections made during Annual Enrollment take effect at the start of the new plan year, so it is important to review your options carefully and take action before the deadline.

If your mobile number is on file in the ICUBA Benefits Portal, you will also receive a text message inviting you to schedule an appointment with Explain My Benefits (EMB). You can review your current benefit elections at any time by logging into the ICUBA Benefits Portal at http://icubabenefits.org.

ICUBA partners with EMB to offer personalized enrollment support from dedicated benefits counselors, helping make your Annual Enrollment experience as simple and stress free as possible. Appointment availability is limited, so we encourage you to reserve your spot as soon as possible.

To schedule your appointment:

  • Visit www.icubaenrollmenthelp.com

  • Click the I Accept button

  • Select Book Appointment

  • Find your school in the list or search by your school’s name

  • Click Select next to your school

  • Enter your information and find an appointment that works best for you

Earn a $10 wellbeing incentive when you enroll with EMB

To ensure you receive the incentive, enter your ICI number exactly as it appears on your ID card, without spaces or additional characters.
