Setup an appointment with an Enrollment Counselor with Explain My Benefits or log in to the ICUBA Benefits Portal at http:/icubabenefits.org to make your elections.
Review your information, if you need to update your address or contact information follow the process established by your Human Resources or Benefits Department.
Review your current benefits! Most benefits do not require new elections, but it’s a good idea to review your current elections and make sure you enrolled in the best plans for you and your family.
Make new Healthcare Flexible Spending and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts if you want to keep these benefits in the new plan year.
Save a copy of your confirmation statement once you complete Annual Enrollment in case there are any discrepancies with your elections in the new plan year.
